Celina Ditz, LMFT

Celena brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit program development, administration, and organizational leadership. Her extensive background includes over two decades of leadership in behavioral health, child and family services, regulatory compliance, and performance quality improvement.

She has significant expertise in coordinating and managing Council on Accreditation (COA) efforts, including leading organizational self-studies, preparing accreditation documentation, staff and board training and education, facilitating corrective action plans, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Her understanding of accreditation standards is further strengthened by 10 years of service as a COA Peer Reviewer.

Celena is an LMFT and holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. Her unique combination of clinical, operational, and quality improvement expertise enables her to help organizations strengthen performance, achieve compliance goals, and enhance service delivery outcomes.
